Signature Global (India) Purchases 25.75 acres of land in Gurugram

Signature Global (India) comes with an advance discussion with land owners to enter into a joint development agreement for 16.12 acres of land. It has also entered into a terms sheet in the same vicinity. 

The group has recently acquired approximately 25.75 acres of land in Gurugram for the development of a group housing project, the company said in a BSE filing. The company has also entered into a sale deed of 23 October 2023 for acquiring a land parcel measuring approximately 25.75 acres located at village Fazilpur, Gurugram, Haryana for the development of a group housing project. 

The land’s overall development potential of approximately 3.25 million sq. ft

According to the company’s hearing prospectus, it comes with an advance discussion with the landowner to enter into a joint development agreement for 16.12 acres of land which has entered into a term sheet in the same vicinity. When it comes to the advanced discussion with the landowner to enter into a collaboration agreement for the development of 4.26 acres of land in the same locality. 

This is also recorded to increase 37.57% in pre-sale to rs 1,861.39 crore in H1 FY24 as against rs 1,353.01 crore in N1 FY23. 

Recently, the company has recorded a 64.92% growth in collections at rs 1. 327.45 crore in H1 FY24 while its sales realization grew approximately rs 9,800 per sq. ft. from about rs 7, 425 per sq.
