Several localities in Gurugram promise healthy living. Here’s a look at some of those

Improved connectivity, infrastructure, ease of commute with other parts of the NCR, and promise of delivery have made several regions of Gurugram much sought after.

Most of these areas are surrounded by good social infrastructure and are likely to have good supply in the coming times, too. The most prominent of these is:

Sectors 102 to 113 and Sectors 76 to 95 & 95A of New Gurugram, along Dwarka Expressway, are back in news as the date of completion of the entire expressway is now fixed. Very soon the connecting link between the expressway and New Delhi’s subcity, Dwarka, will be complete and functional.

“Both investors and end users prefer these for investments and purchase, respectively,” Samantak Das, chief economist and head of research & REIS at JLL India, said, in an update on the region.

The JLL update shows that several reputed developers like DLF, Vatika, Sobha, Emaar, Experion, ATS, Godrej, Chintels, Adani, Shapoorji Pallonji, and Bestech have launched projects, or have completed them area. “There were a lot of deliveries by developers and every day scores of families are moving into their new premises across the projects along the Dwarka Expressway,” Rahul Singla, director of Mapsko Group, said.

“The development around New Gurugram and Dwarka Expressing is seeing a mix of residential and commercial set-ups, resulting in rapid appreciation of prices. Response to the projects has been overwhelming, as buyers are now witnessing the potential that the area holds. The focus of all developers here is now on timely deliveries,” Ashish Sarin, CEO of AlphaCorp, said. —AIS
