DLF, a Real Estate company on Monday announced the pre-launch of approximately rs 7,200 crore for its latest luxury residential development. DLF Privana South in Gurugram is spread across about 25 acres, about 10 hectares in sectors 77 and 77, Gurugram. DLF Privana South was sold out within 72 hours in its pre-launch phase. This exclusive enclave comes with 1.113 meticulously designed luxury residences across 7 towers presenting 4 BHK apartments and penthouses, said the firm in a regulatory filing. 

DLF Privana South is also going to be part of larger developments as it is spread over approximately 116 acres in sectors 76-77.
