Donald Trump Jr to Visit City in November for Realty Project Launch

Amid a slow-moving realty market, Donald Trump Jr is expected to visit Gurgaon sometime in the next couple of weeks to inaugurate two premium realty projects. While one of these is a residential project, the other is commercial.

According to sources close to the development, Trump Jr is expected to visit sometime in mid-November. However, they did not have the exact dates yet.

The residential project is being launched in association with Gurgaon-based developer M3M Group and will be called Trump Towers.

“The deal with The Trump Organisation has been signed and we will soon be launching Trump Towers, which will change the history of luxury real estate in North India, particularly Haryana,” said Pankaj Bansal, director, M3M group. He added all approvals for the project has been taken as per provisions under Rera.

The project is completely residential and will have 180 units in total. The towers will face a golf course and each unit will have an average cost of around Rs 10 crore. It will take around five years to complete.

Gurgaon has a few other luxury projects coming up in the city, including DLF Camellias. However, industry insiders said the luxury housing market is currently comparatively slow, while there is greater demand in the affordable segment, where supply is much less than demand.

The commercial project by Trump Organisation is being developed in association with Ireo, which is also based in Gurgaon. Ireo officials did not respond to queries regarding project details, despite multiple attempts. However, earlier reports had said the office space will be designed by architect Norman Foster and will be part of a larger project called Ireo City in Sector 61, near Southern Peripheral Road.

Trump is also expected to visit Kolkata for the launch of another residential project coming up in the city.
