M3M India Signed an Agreement with PVR in their Largest Retail Project in Gurgaon
PVR has recently signed an agreement with M3M India’s futuristic commercial project, M3M 65th Avenue, to set up an 8 screen multiplex. The recently launched luxurious commercial is spread over 14.41 acres of land and offers high street retail spaces to the buyers at sector 65, Gurgaon. The project has 1 million square feet of retail space, which is built, spending Rs,4000 crores.
M3M 65th Avenue is one of a kind retail project which is located in the most prestigious locations of Gurgaon. It is located near M3M Golf Estate and Trump towers, at prime Golf Course Extension Road Gurgaon. You would be delighted to know that this project is designed by international architectural firm Bentley Associates of South Africa.
On the occasion of announcement of this association, JMD PVR Sanjeev Bijli said, ” As part of our expansion plan, we’ve been looking to set up an ultra-luxurious state-of-the-art 8 screen multiplex at a premium property in Gurugram. The M3M 65th Avenue has impressed us a lot in terms of architecture, design, and also location. It has a huge potential and is expected to cater to about half a million population in the vicinity. We’ve gone ahead and signed the agreement and are looking forward to presenting the best movie experience. I am sure with time, M3M 65th Avenue is one of the most finest and sought after destinations for not just movies lovers but also for shoppers and dining audiences”. I understand that M3M India is coming with a big project near the international airport and Diplomatic Enclave, which will have retail as well as residential complexes. I also understand that this will be located at the central point between Delhi and Gurugram. There are many luxurious brands that have signed signed in for retail space at M3M 65th Avenue including Reliance Trends, Bikaner, Pantaloons, Max Fashion, Derika, Mastizone, Headmasters, Smaaash and Home Town.
The project has double heightened conventional retail shops with 55,000 sqft of food court and a gaming zone of 42,000 sqft. M3M 65th Avenue will also have atrium 57 of 30,000 sq.ft made for new product launches.
M3M India has by far developed 40 projects in the last 10 yrs which include 4 million sq ft of retail space and 20 million sq ft of total real estate space.
